Elsewhere, some skills have been buffed to bring some parity between classes. In terms of class balance changes, tweaks have been made to "smooth out the leveling experience while we explore additional ways to strengthen them" in response to player feedback that Basic Skills aren't powerful enough. Instances of Treasure Goblins in PvP zones have been significantly reduced but given all the other positive loot and XP bumps, we can't complain too much! There's better loot from Helltide Roaming bosses, and players can now teleport to their Nightmare Dungeon via the map. ![]() The words 'significant' and 'substantial' are being bandied around in terms of the increased XP for completing Nightmare Dungeons, killing monsters in Nightmare Dungeons, for opening Helltide chests, and completing individual Whispers across the board. Diablo 4's maintenance window is still ongoing, wrapping up in a few hours, but as we speculated, a big ol' patch has been deployed in-game that follows through on the promised changes discussed two weeks ago.Īfter a slew of hotfixes, we're finally getting the first, proper post-launch update for Diablo 4 that's packed full of class balance changes, bug fixes, and increases in terms of loot and rewards. ![]()
